Eggbert Evolving to Fitness Enthusiast

After 25 years in medicine, I have a huge medical vocabulary from typing doctors’ notes, plus teaching and managing programs in medical transcription at proprietary schools. As a little girl, a desire was ignited for solving why doctors could not heal the most important person in my life. While working, I also set out on a 20-year metaphysical hobby, motivated by stories of healers and healing. I actually found my answers, and usually live an undramatic calm while the world is often crazy for all the wrong reasons. I live it as I visualized it from the golf course in my twenties: A retirement community with palm trees between Key Largo and Miami. I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training after four months in a 90-degree studio while living in Virginia Beach, and my fitness evolution took a leap. Why do I say I’m an evolving fitness enthusiast and a recovering eggbert? Sweating with a rising heart rate gave me unrealized anxiety and fear, manifesting as nausea that a doctor found no reason for. A special education teacher turned trainer brought a light bulb moment in her studio, teaching me that’s just how the heart feels when you hit maximal heart rate, proving how dumb eggberts can be when not focused on the right issue. I’ve been married twice, the first a police officer, the second a contractor turned yacht captain. Never had kids. Grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia. Graduated 10th in high school with an outstanding journalism student award. I became a legal assistant, instead, while studying court stenography, and then became a medical transcriptionist and teacher. My life has been words and processing them. I have a cat named Einstein that stands on his hind legs, backbends, gives me a high-five, then a kiss when he wants to go out. I’ve been meditating since I was 16. Precognition and dreams are often visiting superpowers. I practice fitness five days a week. I mix it up a lot with Pilates, yoga, kettlebells, M5, strength training, elliptical, and barre. For internet marketing, I’ve been studying how the pros do it for four years, immersing myself in the product launches. I’ve settled on being most interested in the PLR and graphics niches, plus I’m studying animation, as I’ve always seen the world in cartoons and want to express some of my writing this way with a You Tube channel.
